- Standard dock available for tenant use

- Open space (not air-conditioned)

- Depending on demand, there could be additional electrical and/or natural gas surcharge for equipment that consumes large amounts (example like heating units, furnances, etc..)

Office Areas

- Currently 10 office areas available ranging from 120 sq/ft to 670 sq/ft.

- Air condition, heat and electricity included in rent

- Internet available at extra charge (current providers are Comcast, Fox Valley Internet or AT&T DSL)
